Our easy return policy
Hey, we get it, sometimes it's just not meant to be.
If you and your PB5star gear aren't the perfect match, you can return them for free within 30 days.
Returns are easy and hassle free. You can start a return here. PB5star return portal.
We'll hook you up with a pre-paid shipping label faster than a pickleball serve. If you selected Checkout+ when ordering, your return label will be covered, if not, you will be charged a $5 return shipping fee that will be deducted from your return.
Your refund goes into motion the moment we are notified that the carrier has got your package.
We can only process your return if it is returned through our returns system.
DAMAGES AND OOPSIES: Please check your order when it arrives. Please let us know immediately if there is a defect, it was damaged in transit or we got something wrong with your order. We'll aim to rectify it as soon as we can.
NO-GOES: All FINAL SALE items and Gift Cards are yours for keeps.
EXCHANGES: All exchanges are free! You can easily submit an exchange for another product through our return portal.
REFUNDS: We'll let you know the second we get your return rolling. As soon as the carrier confirms they have it, we'll start the process. We are unable to refund your original shipping fee.
