Our easy return policy
Hey, we get it, sometimes it’s just not meant to be.
If you and your PB5star gear aren’t the perfect match, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase.
Returns are easy. You can start a return or exchange here: PB5star return portal.
If you selected Checkout+ when placing your order, your return shipping label is covered. If not, a $5 flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are always free.
Your refund goes into motion once the carrier scans your return package.
We can only process your return if it is returned through our returns system.
DAMAGES AND OOPSIES: Please check your order when it arrives. Please let us know immediately if there is a defect, it was damaged in transit or we got something wrong with your order. We'll aim to rectify it as soon as we can.
NO-GOES: All FINAL SALE items and Gift Cards are yours for keeps.
EXCHANGES: All exchanges are free! You can easily submit an exchange for another product through our return portal.
REFUNDS: We'll let you know the second we get your return rolling. As soon as the carrier confirms they have it, we'll start the process. We are unable to refund your original shipping fee.
