Once your order is placed, we are working hard to get it to you as quickly as possible with the details provided at checkout. The status of your order will determine what changes we are able to make but because our warehouse is so responsive we are unlikely to make changes to the order.

However, we are happy to offer free return shipping. Once the order arrives, just request a return using our PB5star Return Portal and we'll take care of it for you. 

If your order has already been processed, shipped or in transit, we cannot make changes to the address or the contents of your order. 

Yes, be sure to include a gift message at prompt and we will happily print on the packing slip. We don’t offer gift wrap just yet.

Yes. Our Digital Gift Card arrives to the recipient via email.The Digital Gift Card is redeemable online at PB5star.com. All Gift Cards sales are final.

Our sizing is generally standard and information is noted on each product page.

If an item goes on sale within 7 days of your order date, you could qualify for credit if the total reimbursement is greater than $10. Just reach out and share your order details with us during that period.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diner’s Club, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Meta, VenMo, and Shop Pay which also accommodates split payment.

Not to worry. Please contact our support team with your discount code and if it is possible, we will retroactively apply it to your order.

SHIPPING

We will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking link as soon as your order has left our facility. The carrier tracking page may not always update in real time to reflect that your package has shipped.

We will communicate via email every step of the order process including order confirmation, shipping, delivery anticipation, out for delivery and confirmed delivery status updates. Tracking links are included in the email communications.

All orders placed Monday-Friday standard before 3 pm EST will ship the same business day. For Fedex Expedited-Day shipping, orders placed Monday-Friday before 4pm EST will ship the same business day. All orders placed after the cut off time or placed Saturday-Sunday/Holidays will ship the following business day (Monday-Friday).

U.S. ground shipping: Free for orders over $100. You can expect your PB5star order to arrive within 3 to 5 business days. * For orders under $100 you will be charged $7.50 per shipping address.

Expedited U.S. Shipping: For $24 you can expect your items to arrive in 2 business days. PB5star ships to APO/FPO, POBoxes, and U.S. Territories at the same cost outlined above: American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

All orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 pm EST with Standard shipping will ship the same business day. For Fedex Expedited-Day shipping, orders placed Monday-Friday before 4pm EST will ship the same business day. All orders placed after the cut off time or placed Saturday-Sunday/Holidays will ship the following business day (Monday-Friday).

Please note that all shipping windows are an estimate and transit time is dependent on the carrier. Transit time does not include processing time for your order which can add an additional business day.*Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska can take an additional 8 business days based on geographic limitations.

We currently do not ship internationally.

CUSTOMER CARE

We want you to love PB5star. If you're not completely satisfied with your items, we will accept a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.  If something feels off, shipping is on us for returns. You can begin your return at our  PB5star Return Portal.  

Once you receive a shipping label, follow the instructions in your return confirmation email to send back to us within 14 days of initiating your return. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment once the package is scanned.  

You may contact our expert support team to request an exception for your late return. Any exceptions to this policy are made at our team’s discretion and photos may be required to proceed.  Please note that the 30-day guarantee does not apply to items marked as final sale.
