Refund policy

OUR EASY-BREEZY RETURN POLICY: 

Hey, we get it, sometimes it's just not meant to be. If you and your PB5star gear aren't the perfect rally partners, you can return them for free within 30 days, no sweat! 

To kick off your return or exchange, just grab your order number and email address and head over to our  PB5star return portal. We'll hook you up with a pre-paid USPS shipping label faster than a pickleball serve. All we ask is that you return the item with tags still on (or at least included), and in its original packaging if you can. Your refund goes into motion the moment the USPS or our carrier buddy gives us the nod that they've got your package. 

We'll hook you up with a pre-paid shipping label faster than a pickleball serve. If you selected Checkout+ when ordering, your return label will be covered, if not, you will be charged a $5 return shipping fee that will be deducted from your return.

Heads up: If you send something back without submitting it on the return portal first, your return won’t be accepted.  If you paid for shipping for orders under $125.00 or rush shipping, we won’t be able to credit your shipping fee back, but returns are free.  

DAMAGES AND OOPSIES: Give your gear a once-over when it arrives. If there's a defect, damage, or if we've mixed up your order, tell us stat so we can sort it out and keep you looking sharp. 

NO-GOES: Just a heads-up, final sale items and gift cards are yours for keeps, meaning no returns. 

EXCHANGES: All exchanges are free! You can easily submit an exchange for another product through our return portal.

GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK: We'll drop you a line the second we get your return rolling. Expect your refund to be on its way once your gear clears at the USPS/carrier.
