Shipping policy
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders will deliver within 2 to 8 business days. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders are sent to the warehouse within 30 minutes of being placed. This makes it almost impossible for us to modify an order. You can email customer service and we will do our best to reach the warehouse before shipment is processed.
U.S. SHIPPING OPTIONS
Standard Shipping
- Free shipping on orders of $125 or more
- $7.50 flat rate for orders below $125
Orders with standard shipping will typically arrive within 3-8 business days (Monday through Friday, not including Weekends and Holidays). Standard shipping is available for orders to the United States and Rural Routes. Orders must be placed by 3:00 PM EST to qualify for same day shipping.
U.S. Territories, Hawaii & Other Islands
Orders shipping to U.S. Territories, Hawaii, and other islands ship via standard service for a $15 flat rate.
Express Shipping
- $24 Flat rate for all orders
Orders must be placed by 3:00 PM EST to qualify for same day shipping. Express shipping orders usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, not including Weekends or Holidays). For Rural Routes and remote locations, Express Shipping orders usually arrive within 3 to 4 business days. Express Shipping is NOT currently available for orders to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses including during promotional periods. Also, some products may not qualify for Express Shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS
We do not currently offer International shipping.
